On the day of the virtual zoom meeting, all participants should open up their Zoom app and be ready to join. You can enter their email address directly or copy and paste the virtual meeting URL into an invitation sent through other third-party software such as Microsoft Teams. Once you have customized your virtual zoom meeting, you can send out invites to all the participants who will be joining. You may also choose to enable recording capabilities so all participants can access a replay of the virtual meeting afterward.You can customize your virtual meeting with features such as password protection, waiting rooms for participants to join before being accepted into the call, and more. Once logged in, you can select 'New Meeting' to create one.
After downloading, open up the app and log in using your credentials.
